- Sending you a fully costed proposal (in draft if you wish), with a fixed fee quote if possible (with low overheads, this will be highly competitive)
- Proceeding with the assignment on acceptance of the proposal
- Delivery to time and to budget, keeping you informed as needed of progress or any difficulties
- Aftercare as required, evaluating outcomes.
